Fees
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. As your part, we ask that you pay for services rendered each visit. If you need other arrangements, a payment schedule can be devised by the patient account representative, depending upon your special circumstances. If you have additional questions, please inquire before your office visit. That way you will have a clear understanding of your obligations.
Insurance
We participate with most of the major dental insurance plans. As a courtesy to you, our office will submit an insurance claim to your carrier. We will provide an estimate of your co-pay which is to be paid at the time of service. Pre-determination of benefits is recommended in comprehensive cases. Please bring insurance information with you. |
